PAX FLOW 2 Year Limited Warranty

How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?


PAX Flow comes with a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. However, if you reside in California, PAX Flow comes with a four-year limited warranty (see below).


What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Flow device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from date of retail purchase from PAX, or 2 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser at an authorized PAX retailer (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices that have been (a) damaged due to prior use or misuse by a previous consumer before reaching the consumer claiming the warranty; (b) altered, refurbished, or modified by a third party prior to sale; (c) otherwise not in new condition at the time of consumer purchase; or (d) stolen. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under California law or other applicable state consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective and the defect was not caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use, warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty, regardless of the source of purchase.


What Will PAX Labs Do?


If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 2 year warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new. Note: Product color is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of PAX Labs. Personalized/engraved or limited edition devices will be replaced with a standard/non-engraved device.


If you have purchased a non-custom engraved device from pax.com, PAX will make an effort to issue a replacement device that is also engraved with a non-custom design. We cannot guarantee that your replacement device will have the same engraving as your original device. If engraved devices are no longer available, you may receive a non-engraved device.


Except as stated herein, PAX Labs makes no other express warranty.


What is NOT Covered by the Limited Warranty?


Any non-PAX Labs products; any PAX Labs products other than the PAX Flow device; any accessories or attachments; Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances); Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX Labs in the device documentation; Damage caused by concentrates, or waxes; A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; Normal performance degradation of batteries; and neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.


How Do You Get Service?


To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following: Review this PAX Labs 2 year Limited Warranty to confirm that the device is warranted hereunder. Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. It is recommended soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and device serial number as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number. Contact PAX Support to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.


Please note:


PAX Support may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service. All devices approved for warranty service must be returned to PAX Labs before a replacement device will be provided. Depending on your geography, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the device to PAX Labs. PAX strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. PAX Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you. The cost of return shipping to you for devices not covered by this Limited Warranty shall be your responsibility, and PAX Labs may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such devices. Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age-verification. PAX Labs will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device.


Can I Return My Device For Refund?


Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.pax.com and must be return directly to PAX Labs within fourteen (14) days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, if the tamper proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be honored, unless the device is defective for reasons not caused by tampering, in which case we may replace the defective device. Devices purchased through an authorized PAX retailer will not be refunded by PAX Labs; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.


What is the Scope of PAX Labs’ and Your Rights and Responsibilities?


In no event shall PAX Labs be liable for monetary damages or other losses arising from any device defect or failure, including, but not limited to, for any loss of use, time or for any inconvenience or for any incidental or consequential damages. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states and/or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province. PAX Labs is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.


Counterfeiting


The fight against unauthorized and counterfeit devices is a long-term commitment to quality and service by PAX Labs. PAX Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers. PAX Labs does not provide warranty service for devices purchased from unauthorized reseller. While PAX Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we are not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing or counterfeit goods, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes.


PAX FLOW 2 Year Extended Limited Warranty

An additional extended limited warranty period of 2 additional years is available to original owners who register their PAX Flow device on pax.com within 30 days of purchase. However, this extended limited warranty period does not apply to PAX Flow owners who reside in California. If you reside in California and are the original purchaser of a PAX Flow device, please refer to the PAX Flow 4 Year Limited Warranty terms.


How Long Does the Extended Limited Warranty Last?


The PAX Flow extended limited warranty period lasts for two (2) additional years following the expiration of the standard 2-year limited warranty period. The period of extended limited warranty starts the day after your first warranty period of 2 years expires. PAX Flow 2-Year Extended Limited Warranty may be limited in specific jurisdictions, please inquire for more information.


How Do I Qualify for an Extended Limited Warranty?


To qualify for warranty service under the extended limited warranty period for PAX Flow, you must register your device on pax.com within 30 days of purchase of the device.


What Does the Extended Limited Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Flow device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 additional years following the end of your original 2-year limited warranty period. Your original warranty period starts on the date of retail purchase from PAX or an authorized dealer. The original limited warranty and/or Extended Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers. This Extended Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices that have been (a) damaged due to prior use or misuse by a previous consumer before reaching the consumer claiming the warranty; (b) altered, refurbished, or modified by a third party prior to sale; (c) otherwise not in new condition at the time of consumer purchase; or (d) stolen. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under California law or other applicable state consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective and the defect was not caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use, warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty, regardless of the source of purchase.

If a valid claim under this Extended Limited Warranty is received within the 2 year extended warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new. PAX FLOW 4 Year Limited Warranty

How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?


For a limited number of devices as determined by serial number and for FLOW owners residing in California, PAX Flow comes with a four (4) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. For customers located in California who purchase on pax.com, the PAX Flow four year limited warranty starts from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Flow device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 4 years from date of retail purchase from PAX (or from the date of delivery for customers located in California), and from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX Plus comes with a ten (10) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. For customers located in California who purchase on pax.com, the PAX Plus ten year limited warranty starts from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Plus device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from date of retail purchase from PAX (or from the date of delivery for customers located in California), and from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers). Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. We will not honor warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized resellers. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX® Mini 2 Year Limited Warranty

How Long Does the Warranty Last?


PAX Mini comes with a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. For customers located in California who purchase on pax.com, the PAX Mini 2 year limited warranty starts from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


What Does the Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Mini device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from date of retail purchase from PAX (or date of delivery, for California customers of pax.com) and from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers). Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist or from an unauthorized retailer. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices that have been (a) damaged due to prior use or misuse before reaching the consumer; (b) altered, refurbished, or modified by a third party prior to sale; (c) otherwise not in new condition at the time of consumer purchase; or (d) stolen. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under California law or other applicable state consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective and the defect was not caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use, warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty, regardless of the source of purchase.


What Will PAX Labs Do?


If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 2 year warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new. Note: Product color is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of PAX Labs. Personalized/engraved or limited edition devices will be replaced with a standard/non-engraved device.


If you have purchased a non-custom engraved device from pax.com, PAX will make an effort to issue a replacement device that is also engraved with a non-custom design. We cannot guarantee that your replacement device will have the same engraving as your original device. If engraved devices are no longer available, you may receive a non-engraved device.


Except as stated herein, PAX Labs makes no other express warranty.

Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. It is recommended soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and device serial number as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.pax.com and must be return directly to PAX Labs within fourteen (14) days of receipt. For hygenic reasons, Iif the tamper proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be honored, unless the device is defective for reasons unrelated to tampering, in which case we may replace the defective device. Devices purchased through an authorized PAX retailer will not be refunded by PAX Labs; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

PAX Limited Warranty Details


10 Year Limited Warranty Information


PAX Labs, Inc. warrants PAX (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. For customers located in California who purchase on pax.com, the PAX ten year limited warranty starts from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, PAX Labs, Inc will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. Please see our return policy below for refunds.


The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.


This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices that have been (a) damaged due to prior use or misuse before reaching the consumer; (b) altered, refurbished, or modified by a third party prior to sale; (c) otherwise not in new condition at the time of consumer purchase; or (d) stolen. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under California law or other applicable state consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective and the defect was not caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use, warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty, regardless of the source of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations


The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PAX Labs, Inc. that can be identified by the “PAX trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized PAX distributor.


The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-PAX products.


This Limited Warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; or (e) loss or theft of your device.


Important: the Limited Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through an unauthorized retailer or a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty.


Return Policy


Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on paxvapor.com within fourteen (14) days. For hygenic reasons, if the tamper proof seal is broken a refund cannot be honored, unless the device is defective for reasons unrelated to tampering, in which case we may replace the defective device. Devices purchased through an authorized retailer cannot be refunded by PAX.

PAX Labs only warrants PAX Era Pro™ against damage caused by PAX Era™ Pods and defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in either case, for 1 year from date of retail purchase from PAX (or from the date of delivery for customers located in California), or from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (the “Limited Warranty”). PAX Labs’ is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.


Counterfeiting


The fight against unauthorized and counterfeit devices is a long-term commitment to quality and service by PAX Labs. PAX Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices and accessories from unauthorized resellers. While PAX Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we are not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing or counterfeit goods, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes.

PAX® Era Go 90-Day Limited Warranty

How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?


PAX Era™ Go comes with a ninety (90) day limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. For customers located in California who purchase on pax.com, the PAX Era Go 90-day limited warranty starts from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?


PAX Labs only warrants PAX Era™ Go against damage caused by PAX Era™ Pods and defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in either case, for 90 days from date of retail purchase from PAX (or from the date of delivery for customers located in California) or from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (the “Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. PAX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices that have been (a) damaged due to prior use or misuse before reaching the consumer; (b) altered, refurbished, or modified by a third party prior to sale; (c) otherwise not in new condition at the time of consumer purchase; or (d) stolen. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under California law or other applicable state consumer protection laws. If a product is found to be defective and the defect was not caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use, warranty service will be provided in accordance with this Limited Warranty, regardless of the source of purchase.


What Will PAX Labs Do?


If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 1 year limited warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, either: (1) Repair the product defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one; or (3) reimburse in an amount equal to the purchase price paid by issuing a credit towards purchase on pax.com. Note: Product color is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of PAX Labs. Personalized/engraved or limited edition devices will be replaced with a standard/non-engraved device.


If you have purchased an engraved device from pax.com bearing a non-custom design, PAX will make an effort to issue a replacement device that is also engraved with a non-custom design. We cannot guarantee that your replacement device will have the same engraving as your original device. If engraved devices are no longer available, you may receive a non-engraved device.


Except as stated herein, PAX Labs makes no other express warranty.


What is NOT Covered by the Limited Warranty?


PAX Era™ Pods themselves are not covered by this Limited Warranty; Any non-PAX Labs products; any PAX Labs products other than the PAX Era™ device; Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. high altitude or sand, food, dirt or similar substances); Damage caused by unauthorized Pod fillers, user filled Pods, Pods which have been tampered with or counterfeit Pods; Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX Labs in the device documentation; A device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use as described in the Quick Start Guide accompanying your PAX Era™ and available on the PAX website here; Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.


How Do You Get Service?


To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following:


Review this PAX Labs 90-Day Limited Warranty to confirm that the device is warranted hereunder. Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. It is recommended that soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and device serial number as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number. TO ARRANGE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, AND BEFORE SENDING YOUR PAX ERA DEVICE TO PAX LABS, first contact PAX Customer Support by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service. If PAX Customer Support cannot troubleshoot the issue, authorization to return the device to PAX Labs will be provided. PAX LABS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.


Please note:


PAX Customer Support may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service. All devices approved for warranty service must be returned to PAX Labs before a replacement device will be provided. DO NOT SEND PAX LABS ANY PAX ERA™ POD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE REMOVE THE POD BEFORE ANY DEVICE IS SHIPPED BACK TO PAX LABS. Depending on your geography, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the device to PAX Labs. PAX strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. PAX Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you. The cost of return shipping to you for devices is not covered by this Limited Warranty and shall be your responsibility, and PAX Labs may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such devices. Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age-verification. PAX Labs will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device.   


Can I Return My Device For Refund?


Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.pax.com and must be returned directly to PAX Labs within fourteen (14) days of receipt. ACCESSORIES

What is the warranty policy for accessories? 


There is no warranty for accessories sold on pax.com or sold by PAX Labs on Amazon.com. Accessories are sold as-is. This accessories policy applies to both standalone accessories and accessories sold with devices. Exceptions: PAX accessories purchased in the EU are covered by limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. See our EU site for how to obtain warranty service on accessories sold to the EU. 


Can I Return My Accessory For Refund?


Refunds are only available for new and unused accessories purchased on www.pax.com and must be returned directly to PAX Labs within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
